Why I’m torn on this

The breakfast was outstanding — freshly cooked with delicious options like refried beans and pork Chile Verde. The staff was welcoming, making my stay feel enjoyable.

Sadly, the pool had visible debris and the elevator was in dire need of cleaning. I also faced inconsistent service that detracted from the experience.

We had a great time exploring the Midland Park Shopping Center nearby, and the staff was friendly, especially the front desk lady who helped us settle in. The atmosphere around the hotel was lively and family-friendly, making it easy for us to enjoy our stay with our baby.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool needs more family-friendly safety features to ensure kids can enjoy without worries.

The stay was decent for a short transit visit. The young lady at the front desk during check-in was exceptionally kind and even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch after a long drive. However, the bathroom fan in our room didn't work, and when we reported it to the evening staff, they were less than helpful. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I noticed that breakfast service seemed a bit disorganized, which left us feeling a bit frustrated. Despite some hiccups, the overall experience was okay.

during my stay, I appreciated the easy walking access to both Wadley Barron Park, which offered a lovely green space, and the Midland County Historical Museum, allowing me to soak in the local culture without needing to drive anywhere.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely fitness centre, I always have everything I need. The staff even helped me find a better taxi on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!

It was just a well-suited match for a lightning stop in Midland with a reasonable price. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and very sweet. Avoid the first floor if you want a quieter experience.

We explored the Midland County Historical Museum and enjoyed the variety at Plaza Oaks Plaza. The breakfast was incredible, with real food cooked right before us. The staff were super friendly too!
